Location: Bistrița-Năsăud – Tinovul Câmpeilor
The predominant habitat found in this peatland is 91D0*. Bog woodland. The Drosera rotundifolia population is concentrated in two old drainage channels and in the area of a former water body near the center of the peatland. Tinovul Câmpeilor has a much more typical, better preserved, and more valuable flora from a conservation point of view than the nearby Tinovul Grădinița. The herpetofauna is represented by several species of amphibians and reptiles.
