World Water Day

The Department of Physical and Technical Geography of the Faculty of Geography within the Babeș-Bolyai University and the “Air and Water” Association, in collaboration with the “Someș-Tisa” Water Basin Administration, organized the 15th edition of the international conference “Air and Water – Components of the Environment”. As usual, the event was dedicated to World Meteorological Day and World Water Day.

During the conference, lecturer Răzvan Bătinaș, NWPEAT project director, highlighted some ideas associated with the significance of World Water Day 2023. Because water affects us all, we need everyone to take action. For this reason, the overall message is for each of us to be the change we want to be.
