Ciocul Paltinului Lake (Buzău county)

Status

The Ciocul Paltinului Lake is a lake formed by a massive landslide in the 1970s. At present, it has all the conditions to turn into a peat bog in time.

The access is on the forest road Bisca Fără Cale, starting from the village of Bisca Chiojdului.
