About peatlands located in the North-West Region at the International Conference Water Resources and Waterlands

Some members of the NWPEAT project participated in the 6th International Conference Water Resources and Waterlands. The scientific results presented are related to the modeling of an extreme hydrological phenomenon (flooding) in swamps and peatlands in the North-West Region. The paper presented is entitled: Mitigation modeling of a 1% probability flood event for swamps and peatlands from North-West Region of Romania – Case Studies.
